Simply select a deduction amount that's affordable, and then decide when and where to travel. It's simple for employees to choose and simple for employers to offer. If employees don't want to do payroll deduction or want to travel sooner, then traditional payment methods are available using credit/debit cards or by payment using with a check, all at the same low prices. Terms & Conditions: Payments will be deposited in an escrow account and remain in escrow until such times the employee converts funds for the purpose of purchasing a vacation package, or the employee terminates the program for a full refund, less a cancellation fee of 9% of the accrued balance or $79.00 whichever is greater. In the event that a vacation package is purchased from the employees account for a lesser amount than has been accrued, the employee will receive a full refund of the difference within 45 days or may elect to have the remaining balance applied to their account for future travel. If the employee should leave their current employment they must notify Genesis in writing and provide an alternate method of billing to deduct monthly installment payments equal to their current deduction amount from a credit card or checking account or request a direct bill. The authorization shall remain in effect until such time the employee converts funds into the purchase of a vacation package or they terminate the plan. The employees signature on the payroll deduction authorization application indicates that they have read understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the contract. Once the employee converts to a vacation package separate terms and conditions will apply specific to the vacation package chosen and the respective travel provider. The employee will be made aware any such terms and conditions at the time of conversion and will be required to acknowledge their understanding either in writing or using voice stamping. The terms and conditions of the Genesis Care Free Plan are subject to change upon notification by Genesis Travel Benefits, Inc.

By clicking the Submit Button below I authorize Genesis Travel Benefits, Inc. to begin Payroll Deductions through my employer: I hereby authorize my employer as named above to deduct payments from my payroll in accordance with the deduction schedule for which I have applied and remit to Genesis Travel Benefits, Inc. or its designated agent. This deduction shall continue for the duration of my employment, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, unless I notify my employer in writing to terminate the deduction or until my employment with the above named employer ceases, after which time I will be billed directly by Genesis Travel Benefits, Inc. for my Payroll Deduction Vacation. I understand that the deduction can be flexible and can be changed by my employer to reflect adjustments in my vacation choice.
